the green good stuff

i love summer for maybe 103 reasons.  
but the reason that trumps all others: TIME.  
sweet, sweet do with whatever i'd like!  
avocado on toast has been on my never-ending list of things i'd like to try for longer than i'd like to admit.
now, i've only ever had avocado and toast this one way.  
but i'm pretty sure i'm sticking with it and calling it a day.

on to the good stuff.

you will need:
a slice of multigrain bread
1 perfectly ripe avocado
1 pinch of sea salt
1 pink of black pepper
1 slice of lime

scoop your desired amount of avocado out of the skin and into a bowl.  sprinkle in some salt and pepper, then spritz with one slice of juicy lime.  mash this all together with a fork.  toast your bread to perfection (or don't), then spread the goodness on top.

i would suggest not stopping to take a photograph, and just gobbling it up. :)
